Topic of this 1st call for ideas

The increase in life expectancy and in the proportion of elderly people presents society and the healthcare system with numerous challenges.

In parallel, digital solutions are taking on a central role in the coordination and operation of the healthcare system and services.

For this first call, we invite you to submit your ideas that can help improve the quality of care for seniors through digital solutions.

The term "quality of care" is to be understood in a broad sense, encompassing hospital care, medical treatment, outpatient and home care, telemedicine, diagnostics, etc.

For this first call, we will facilitate the emergence and funding of innovative solutions based on digital technologies that can address these challenges:

- New medical treatments and in-hospital care: In the current move away from hospital-centrism, how can we make hospital care more efficient and better targeted, and improve its coordination with outpatient or home care to meet new standards of care quality?

- New ambulatory and home-based care: As seniors seek to live longer in their own homes, how can we improve these new practices or create new ones to empower seniors in their care, or surround them effectively with the human and technological resources for their efficient and effective care? What digital processes or practices can be implemented to improve the quality of care for seniors at home?

- New drug treatments: how can we improve medical treatments for seniors, design new ones, and promote the participation of seniors in these developments and clinical trials?

- Facilitating prevention and health promotion and preventing the occurrence of diseases, of pathologic recurrences or episodes ...

- All pathologies and types of care as well as all solutions to improve the health system are concerned.

Eligibility criteria for your idea to be selected:
