Quentin L. Adler, partner at The Innolegal Firm in Fribourg, Switzerland, specialises in Digital Information Law, focusing on structural transformation and applied innovation at the intersection of law, technology and societal changes. In his practice, he structures and facilitates collaborative R&D agreements, usually between publicly-funded institutions and industry partners, with expertise in joint development ventures and IP sharing frameworks. In academia, Adler lectures on computer law at the HEG Arc School of Management (Neuchâtel, Switzerland) and leads an SNSF-funded study on Open Source Hardware, exploring future paradigms in technology governance and commons-based innovation.
