🌱 THE FUTURE OF BATTERY RECYCLING: ROBOTIC REVOLUTION 🤖
Every second, a new lithium-ion battery is produced, posing challenges for recycling and resource conservation. In Biel/Bienne, the Swiss Battery Testing Center (SBTC) is leading the charge with the #LAMBDA project, collaborating with startups to develop AI-driven robots for disassembling electric vehicle batteries.
With support from @Innosuisse and @Luxinnovation, LAMBDA aims to revolutionize battery recycling by training robots to disassemble batteries efficiently and safely. Partnerships with @Circu Li-ion and @AICA SA bring expertise in battery upcycling and robotics, respectively.
🔍 What sets LAMBDA apart? It offers innovative solutions to meet the growing demand for battery recycling, ensuring energy efficiency and maximizing material recovery.
