Each year, this industry produces over 1 million tons of waste in the form of leather shavings. Unfortunately, a significant portion of these shavings cannot be effectively repurposed for new leather goods and are either discarded in landfills, incinerated, or used for low- value fertilizers. However, with our cutting-edge technology, we are able to transform this low-cost and widely available scrap material into sustainable and natural insulation panels. Through our innovative application, we are able to integrate over 90% of sand into the panels, further enhancing their insulation properties.
