Tailor made services, better customer engagement, through gamification. Community building. Anti-Counter fainting offering “Brand” certified products both second and first hand. Multi tenant and multi touch point solution for consumers “unique point of reference with the brand”
Fashion Brands: increase awareness of customer behaviour after sales, increase the circularity and reduce CO2 emission on the whole product lifecycle. Promote a true customer conscious behavior towards fashion products. Create a new revenue stream from a sold product, premiumize the experience for customers, enrich loyalty. Become a service platform and no longer a mere market place.
Supply chain partners: full legal compliance and better traceability.
The DPP is already a priority for fashion companies, but the best plan is to position it inside a larger framework, a new business model based on the overall notion of "product as a value," which adds multiple services and attracts brand attention.
Follow the customer and market push to give a second life to any product, introduces the value of second hand products for brands, decrease impact.
The goal is for the brand to offer complete support for all purchases. Therefore, providing a "product ID" is more crucial than simply complying with the DPP.
A mechanism should be built that creates new services while ensuring the product's legitimacy.
It is comparable to how the car industry handles service records: a product will have a history, certification, and guarantee.
Drawing from the auto industry, "if non-official parts are used, the warranty is void".

Innovation Idea workplan and milestones
- Shift from B2B (a regulatory requirement) to B2C with the aim of:
- Generating new revenue
- Increasing loyalty
- Become an enabler of new revenue streams by increasing customer loyalty and gaining value from product lifecycle management and interaction.
- Offer a repository/platform that allows other partners to connect. Add hidden IDs as needed, and provide authentication and traceability hardware upon request, with a range of technologies to choose from.
- Launch a spinoff, as being "brand agnostic" is crucial for credibility. Additionally, incorporate external auditors to ensure the certification of quality and sustainability.
The awarded amount will be used to start the entry level of research and development of a pilot, which will be then implemented in different contests, depending on the first evidences that we'll collect from the market and stakeholders.
As of today the DPP is mainly seen as a compliance and purely supply chain traceability our purpose is to give to DPP a new meaning by leveraging the product ID to offer new premium services to final consumers. DPP/Product ID as a Platform. In our concept we give as granted the traceability and the related information, even if the platform aim to offer also this as additional service. In addition to this there’s going to be multiple B2C services certified by the brand.
